Position Overview:
The Customer Service and Trade Operations Specialist will manage customer inquiries, process trade requests, conduct document verifications, and optimize ads, all while ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced, remote work environment with flexible shift requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Answering live incoming messages from customers and answering customer’s questions in a very professional and fast-paced manner
- Managing trade requests from clients on a trading platform, including checking the order information and sending the customers different messages based on the scenario.
- Carrying out document checks and sending them to verification teams
Answering customer information requests or other information requests from our banks. - Checking our ads to ensure they are active and within certain limits/conditions, optimizing our ad prices as needed.
- Helping with releasing or refunding trades/payments to/from customers.
- Escalating any complex or suspicious queries to senior team members.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to understand different customer situations and understand what the customer wants, and what you should do to help them get what they want in the fastest way possible.
- Ability to work remotely with great performance
- Self-motivated with great levels of independence
- You will be required to work one of three shifts that span a 24-hour period. Depending on business requirements, you may need to work nights or weekends.
